Molybdenum Disulfide
Molybdenum disulphide, also known as MoS2, is an inorganic compound consisting of molybdenum and sulphur atoms.
Due to its lubricity and high temperature resistance, molybdenum disulphide is often used as a lubricant in various industrial applications. It is used in lubricating oils, grease and dry lubricants, and molybdenum disulphide is also used in the electronics industry. Due to its semiconducting properties, it is used in some electronic components such as transistors, sensors and switches.
