Support of the MATSEN Foundation

Science Based Targets Initiative

The independent Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) has verified our emission reduction targets as consistent with levels required to meet the United Nations’ Paris Agreement on climate change (limiting global warming to 1.5 ° C). Therefore, we commit to reduce absolute scope 1 and scope 2 GHG emissions 50% by 2030 from a 2018 base year, and to measure and reduce our scope 3 emissions.

The Science Based Targets initiative is a collaboration between CDP, United Nations Global Compact, World Resources Institute (WRI) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).
