Colloidal Silica

Colloidal silica, also known as silicon dioxide, is a chemical compound consisting of silicon and oxygen atoms that occur in the form of nanometre-sized particles. These are dissolved in an aqueous dispersion and, due to their size, float in the liquid instead of settling. Silica particles have large specific surfaces. MATSEN CHEMIE AG offers a wide range of variants and options for a variety of applications.
